How Do I Pay for a Subscription?
You can subscribe directly on our website: Subscribe to PB Vision or through our mobile applications.
We accept payments through:

Mobile: Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)

Credits are what power PB Vision’s video analysis.
1 Credit = 1 game processed (up to 30 minutes long)
When you upload a video, one credit is used to process and deliver your match stats and insights
Credits are granted upfront with your subscription, and can also be purchased separately if needed
In the future, some larger features (like multi-hour drilling sessions) might require more than one credit.
What Happens if I Run Out of Credits?
Credits refill every year when your subscription renews

Do My Credits Expire or Roll Over?
Credits do not expire and they do roll over on subscription renewals. In order to use your credits, you will need an active subscription. If you don’t have an active subscription, your credits will be usable as soon as you have an active subscription.
Where Can I See My Credit Balance?
You can check your remaining credits anytime:

Mobile: Navigate to Profile → Credits
Will I Get a Credit Back if I Remove a Video From My Library?
Removing a video—“hiding” it—from your library will not give you a Credit.
If you run into any issues with a video, before attempting to upload again, please reach out to us at support@pb.vision with a link to the problematic video so we can provide tips and possibly refund the Credit if it was a temporary AI hiccup.
Can I change my subscription plan at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan whenever you like. Upgrades are applied immediately, while downgrades will take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
