When viewing a video and trying to make changes, you may see a warning stating that you are not the owner of the video.

This message appears because you don’t have permission to edit the video you are viewing.


▶️ What can you do?

If you encounter this message, try the following steps to ensure the video is updated correctly:

  • Verify your account: Make sure you are logged in with the correct account.

  • Check with the owner: If you don’t own the video, reach out to the owner to request changes.

  • Contact Support: If you are logged into the correct account but still can’t edit the video, use the Contact Support option for assistance.

    • Web: Select the Contact Support shortcut in the top right hand corner of the screen

    • Android/iOS App: Select Profile > Account > Contact Support
