PB Vision turns pickleball video into actionable insights. Facilities use PB Vision to support league placement, clinics, coaching, player engagement, and premium experiences, while players get highlights, performance breakdowns, and automatic DUPR-style skill ratings. With the release of automatic skill ratings, we're seeing strong adoption from high-traffic clubs running leagues, clinics, and events. We have three ways facilities integrate PB Vision today.

Facilities choose the setup that best matches their traffic, events, and business model. All three options allow clubs to use PB Vision for ratings, leagues, clinics, coaching, and player engagement without forcing a single hardware or pricing model. Let's run down the options.

Option 1: Phone Recording (Tripod, Wall, or Fence Mounts)

Best for: Simple setup, fast rollout, no hardware, no cost to club

Players or coaches record games using their phones mounted on tripods, walls, or fences, then upload directly through the PB Vision app. Clubs can supply this equipment for players to use.

What players get:

• Detailed stats, trends, skill ratings, and shot breakdowns

• Highlights and shareable clips

What the facility gets:

• No external camera system required

• No recurring cost to operate

• Easy adoption for leagues, clinics, and assessment sessions

This is the lowest-friction way to bring PB Vision into a facility and is used at scale by clubs running large rating sessions. Signage or net banners can drive awareness and usage.

Option 2: PodPlay Integration

Best for: Premium, multi-court facilities looking for a full in-venue experience

What PodPlay includes:

• Video capture and replays

• PB Vision analytics and ratings

• Revenue sharing

• Digital scoreboards and monitors

• Court and club management tools

Key considerations:

• Infrastructure costs are venue-level (server, rack, UPS) rather than per-court

• Best suited for multi-court commercial facilities

• Costs are spread across courts, lowering per-court expense

• Revenue-sharing structured for the club

This setup is often chosen by flagship facilities focused on premium member experience, events, and long-term differentiation.

Option 3: Save My Play Integration

Best for: Facilities that want turnkey video capture with flexible PB Vision analytics

PB Vision integrates directly with Save My Play. Save My Play handles video capture with lightweight, easy-to-install cameras. Players can start recording in seconds by scanning a QR code courtside, with no app download or account signup required. More here.

How it works:

• Save My Play handles video capture

• PB Vision handles analytics, ratings, highlights, and coaching insights

• Two billing flows, both at no cost to the club

PB Vision checkout Players submit footage directly into their own PB Vision accounts. Ideal for existing PB Vision users who want consistent, high-quality capture without the friction of phone recordings.

Save My Play point-of-sale checkout Players purchase PB Vision analytics immediately after their session inside Save My Play. Works well for one-off analyses, visiting players, and high-traffic events.

Pricing (Save My Play hardware + software):

• Hardware: $185-$199/camera (one-time, volume discounts available)

• Software: $49/court/month (volume discounts available, month-to-month)

• Point-of-sale checkout of PB Vision analytics: ~$1.60/game base; club can add markup
